Set within the southern peninsula of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the masterplan was developed around a number of permeable triangular courtyards, which exploit key connections to the Waterworks River, Greenway and Manor Garden Allotments. It creates defined and well activated routes between Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Stratford. A range of typologies will be provided that front onto play streets and local scale community spaces to create active and playable routes around the site.
