The site will deliver 995 new homes (60 per cent affordable by habitable room) including 58 community led homes and 22 key worker homes for NHS staff. GLAP entered into a Development Agreement with Catalyst (now Peabody) in February 2023 after a successful London Development Panel 2 (LDP2) procurement, and are delivering the scheme in partnership with Hill. The development will also deliver extensive and enhanced green space and public realm, and retained heritage assets that incorporate various commercial uses.
The first phase of homes started on site in 2023, with the current delivery programme running until 2034.
