Old Oak

Old Oak | Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham

Old Oak will be a place of global opportunity for local existing and new communities, and for London as a whole. It is London’s largest brownfield development site, located around the new Old Oak Common station. This new station will bring together HS2, the Elizabeth line, Great Western Mainline and Heathrow Express in one single interchange, making it one of the UK’s most connected places.

The Old Oak regeneration scheme will see around 8,000 new homes and affordable homes, 200,000 sq. m of workspace, new leisure facilities and amenities, creating thousands of new jobs, as well as new public parks, plazas and over 1km of canal enhancements.

OPDC has developed the Old Oak Masterplan Framework which sets out the vision, spatial principles and development parameters for this new urban district.

To support the delivery of Old Oak, OPDC has been carrying out land assembly, to bring together fragmented ownership and optimise development potential.

OPDC is currently looking for a private sector partner who will partner with OPDC in a Joint Venture to oversee and manage the delivery of Old Oak.
