Royal Albert Wharf is an award-winning mixed-use development that has transformed the eastern end of the Royal Docks into a vibrant new creative neighbourhood and community. Delivered through a masterplan-led approach across multiple phases, the completed scheme provides 1,856 homes, including 45 per cent affordable housing, alongside new public realm and more than 9,100 sqm of retail, workspace and community amenities.
The scheme, completed at the end of 2025 was delivered by Notting Hill Genesis both directly and through joint ventures in partnership with Telford Homes and Countryside Partnerships. The final riverfront phase provides 238 homes which are 100 per cent genuinely affordable homes.
