Proposals to deliver circa 300 new affordable homes. This delivers a 100 per cent affordable scheme with a tenure split of 50 per cent Social Rent and 50 per cent Shared Ownership (by unit). The scheme will also deliver a new office, nursery, open space and community cafe. GLAP entered into a Development Agreement with Vistry in March 2025 to progress the development.
