Royal Eden Dock is a residential-led development in the Royal Docks. Led by Mount Anvil in partnership with Excel London, the scheme forms part of the wider Excel estate and has been delivered across three phases. The development has transformed previously underused land, including a redundant multi-storey car park, into a new urban neighbourhood, substantially increasing the residential population around Royal Victoria Dock.
