As part of our West London Partnership delivered with Barratt London we are transforming the existing station car park at Cockfosters into a high-quality residential development. The scheme will provide 373 new homes, with 40 per cent delivered as affordable housing, supporting London’s housing needs. Designed to meet low-energy Passivhaus standards, the homes will offer exceptional environmental performance. The project reflects the ambition of the West London partnership to create sustainable, well-connected places that benefit both new and existing communities.
