In partnership with Ballymore, this project is reimagining Edgware town centre, creating new spaces for communities and businesses. It will deliver 3,365 homes, including 1,150 affordable, alongside a new public nature park, a revitalised town centre, and improved sustainable transport links. The scheme is also expected to support over 1,400 jobs and generate around £80 million for the local economy.
