Fenwick South is a newly completed 100 per cent social rent housing development delivered across two sites on the Lambeth Council Fenwick Estate, accommodating up to 149 residents. It was built as part of the section 106 off-site affordable housing contribution from the Nine Elms station development owned by Transport for London.
The new development comprises 46 homes ranging from one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with associated cycle parking, landscaping, and amenity space built across two blocks and a landscaped garden. Both blocks A and B are adjacent to the railway at the south of the estate. Block A had a disused temporary office that was situated next door to a MOT garage on Cottage Grove. Block B was the garage block on Cottage Grove with nine individual parking garages.
