Blackwall Reach is a major regeneration scheme in Poplar, Tower Hamlets, replacing the former Robin Hood Gardens estate. It will deliver around 1,575 new homes, 50 per cent of which are affordable by habitable room. To date, 608 homes have been completed across three phases, including 212 social units. A further 446 homes secured consent in September 2025. The current delivery programme is scheduled to run until 2031.
