Stephenson Street (aka TwelveTrees Park) is a new neighbourhood coming forward on a 10.5ha brownfield site in Newham. It will deliver 4,714 homes across four phases including over 1,654 affordable homes. GLAP signed a development agreement with Berkeley Homes South East London in 2016 and Phase 1 started on site in 2020. The project will also deliver a new entrance to West Ham station as well as four bridges, over 48k sqm of new public open space, over 15km of playspace, and various commercial and community uses.
